Tempers flared on Sunday (10/24/21) outside the Kroger store on South Church Street in Murfreesboro where a subject allegedly shattered the rear window of a customer SUV. Reports say the whole situation happened as a shopping cart was left in a parking spot.

Obviously, a male subject became so upset with another customer pulling a cart out of a parking spot that he allegedly broke the rear window of an SUV.

The woman told WGNS that her two grandchildren were sitting in her SUV – – when the suspect allegedly smashed the rear window using what appeared to be a machete (above soundbyte on WGNSradio.com). Fortunately, the young children were not injured when the glass broke.

WGNS is awaiting word from the Murfreesboro Police Department to confirm if charges have been filed in this case and if so, what are the charges?
