Mall deal is Craighead County’s newest deal

Ken Yarbrough conducted Craighead County’s largest residential and commercial property transfer, from Feb. 15 to March 15, according to the Craighead County Assessor’s Office. He spent $3.15 million buying a mall on Christian Valley Drive. The transaction closed on March 4.

Julcar Properties LLC completed the region’s second largest real estate purchase during the period. The company bought a medical practice for $1.3 million. The deal was completed on February 17.

In the area’s third-largest real estate transaction, On the Make LLC purchased a medical practice at Windover Plaza. The deal was for $1.1 million and closed on February 17.
