Cushman & Wakefield announced the November 9 sale of the property located at 3163 Marne Highway in the County Municipality of Burlington.
A team consisting of Managing Director Andrew Schwartz, Director Jordan Sobel and Senior Partner Andre Balthazard represented the seller in the transaction – Mt. Laurel Center LLC, a subsidiary of The Becker Organization – and recruited the buyer, 3163 Holdings LLC.
“The property is ideally located in a vibrant neighborhood with abundant commercial offerings and a significant corporate presence,” Schwartz said in a statement. “The center is anchored by 7-Eleven and benefits from a diverse rental register of 12 tenants.”
Located on 4.37 acres, the complex includes 157 parking spaces.
