If you’re planning on hosting friends and family and want to wow your guests without breaking the bank, you might want to take some notes from Cardiff’s mother, Ashleigh. The social media blogger shared how she created an impressive pasture board with Aldi products in just 10 minutes.
Ashleigh, known as Cardiff mum on Instagram and has 109,000 followers there were people coming in and no time to do anything fancy but said “Aldi saved the day”. Posting on the platform, Ashleigh revealed how she uses produce from the supermarket to create a delicious pasture table with everything from warm breads to cheeses, dips and fruit.
Sharing the gorgeous foodie creation with a video, Ashleigh wrote: “Watch how I made a 10 person pasture table in 10 minutes for £25 at Aldi.”

She then captioned the clip: “People came in last minute and no time to sort out anything fancy but Aldi saved the day again. Made this pasture table for £25 £ it was a treat. It was perfect for 8 adults and 2 children to snack on except for parties or meetings you have coming up.”
In the video, Ashleigh can be seen using Camberbert as a centerpiece before surrounding cheese with crackers on a wooden board, then arranging salsa and hummus in dipping bowls and breadsticks in jars before to layer pieces of bread and scotch eggs.
Next, Ashleigh places piles of tortilla chips, cocktail sausage and sausage rolls on a layer of foil that has been laid out on the table, before adding grapes, tomatoes, olives and more. cheese on the board. She finishes by using chorizo and Aldi’s selection of antipasti on the periphery with slices of melon and adds healthy snacks such as strawberries, cucumbers, peppers and carrots at the end.
Commenting on the grazing board, one fan wrote, “Oh this is amazing!! Just what I needed as I’m making one for my friend’s bachelorette party!” While another added: ‘Now that’s one hell of a pasture table.
