The Bridgewater Shops – a shopping center along Prince Rodgers Avenue in Bridgewater, located on a stretch of road that leads to the Bridgewater Commons shopping center – has added two new tenants, NAI James E. Hanson announced on June 22.
The company said it negotiated leases for commercial space with:
Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack of NAI Hanson represented the owner, Cedar Hill Associates LLC, in both transactions, in addition to US tenant Rare Coins and Gold. RE/MAX’s Sue Ip represented Gong Cha.
The Bridgewater Shops is comprised of a mix of medical, office, restaurant and retail space that totals 42,300 square feet. Its location offers proximity to Routes 22, 78, 202 and 286, as well as exposure to the more than 40,000 residents of Bridgewater, not to mention the more than 300,000 residents of Somerset County.

Gong Cha is a quality tea and service provider with over 1,650 locations in over 20 counties. US Rare Coins and Gold is moving centrally from Bridgewater Commons, where it will continue to buy and sell gold, coins and precious metals.
